Year 5 have had a wonderful week in school!
As part of our work on Catholic Social Teaching, DJ the Dolphin has encouraged us to think about distributive justice and how the world’s resources should be shared fairly. We have been putting this into action by collecting donations for our local food bank.
In maths, we have been learning all about square and cube numbers, developing our understanding through a range of activities.
We are also enjoying our new RE topic, learning about King David and his famous battle with Goliath.
In science, we rounded off our topic with some exciting experiments exploring how small forces can have a big impact.
Well done, Year 5, for another fantastic week of learning!
