Year 1 shared a beautiful Celebration of the Word with their families today.
They spoke about the season of Advent, which begins on Sunday, and reflected on its message of hope and preparation.
The children retold the story of the Annunciation and shared their thoughtful Advent promises, showing how they hope to grow and help others during this special time. They also laid cloths on the cradle as a symbolic way of preparing for the birth of Baby Jesus.
It was a truly meaningful and heartfelt way to begin the season of Advent.
