A group of children from Year 1 led the class beautifully in worship today, focusing on this half term’s theme of discipleship.
They shared scripture with confidence before inviting their classmates to declare their own promise to be a disciple. The children were proud to take their promises home to display and remember.
The class loved reflecting on the prayer experience, especially singing together, hearing the words Jesus spoke to his disciples and making personal promises about how they can be disciples in their own lives. A thoughtful and meaningful time of worship for everyone involved.
