Year 1 have been exploring God’s wonderful Creation!
As part of their RE learning, our children have been discovering more about the Creation Story from the Book of Genesis. They listened carefully to Genesis 1:1–4, 24–26 and worked together to order the four stages they heard about.
In their next lesson, the children reflected on God as Creator and thought carefully about the wonderful things God made in each part of Creation. They then used their ideas to create some beautiful artwork.
It has been lovely to see the children developing a sense of wonder and awe at God’s creation.
