In their Outdoor Adventurous Activities PE unit, Year 3 have been working on their team building skills. Today, we focused on the importance of clear communication between a team. We were challenged to each take turns to be a leader and give clear instructions to our team to help them to spell out a mystery word. We had to adapt our instructions when they were misunderstood or unclear to help our team to be successful. This also meant our team mates had to listen carefully to ensure they carried out our instructions accurately and could solve the problem.
