This week in Year 3 we have had a very busy and productive time. In our DT lessons with Mrs McLeod, we have designed and made our own pneumatic toys and had great fun trying them out.
Everyone has enjoyed listening to The Ikabog by J K Rowling. This week, we finally reached the part in the story where our heroes met this monster (that they believed was a myth). The children enjoyed creating their own sketches based on the wonderful language used to describe The Ikabog.
In English this week, we have continued our work based on the wonderful book 'The Colours of History' by Clive Gifford. The children have written some wonderful sentences and were keen to share them with everyone.
