In English, we have began looking at the traditional tale of The Pied Piper of Hamlin. We will be studying different versions of the tale and comparing and contrasting them.

We started by looking at the townspeople of Hamlin and what we could infer about them from the clues in the text. We then embraced our acting skills to show how the people of Hamlin would have felt about a rat infestation in their beautiful houses. As you can see, the people of Hamlin are horrified and not happy about this at all!
