Year 1

What an incredible term it has been for our Year 1 children! Since September, they have grown and learned so much and we are so proud of every single one of them. It has been a joy to watch their confidence develop, their curiosity blossom and their love of learning shine through each day. We cannot wait to see how much more they will continue to grow and develop throughout the rest of their time in Year 1. It truly has been our pleasure to spend each day with them and to be

Year 1 had an amazing festive adventure this week during their visit to the Gosforth Civic Theatre, where they enjoyed a heart-warming story time with Santa and Mrs Claus! The children were completely captivated as they listened to enchanting Christmas tales, their eyes full of wonder and excitement. Today, Year 1 were absolutely amazing in their Nativity performance! They have worked incredibly hard over the past few weeks and all of their dedication truly shone on stage. The children sang beautifully, remembered their moves and help tell the Christmas Story in the most wonderful way. We are so proud of each and every one of them. The children retold the story of the Annunciation and shared their thoughtful Advent promises, showing how they hope to grow and help others during this special time.
