Year 1 had an amazing festive adventure this week during their visit to the Gosforth Civic Theatre, where they enjoyed a heart-warming story time with Santa and Mrs Claus! The children were completely captivated as they listened to enchanting Christmas tales, their eyes full of wonder and excitement. Today, Year 1 were absolutely amazing in their Nativity performance! They have worked incredibly hard over the past few weeks and all of their dedication truly shone on stage. The children sang beautifully, remembered their moves and help tell the Christmas Story in the most wonderful way. We are so proud of each and every one of them. Year 1 shared a beautiful Celebration of the Word with their families today. They spoke about the season of Advent, which begins on Sunday, and reflected on its message of hope and preparation.
