Year 5 explored Judas Iscariot’s betrayal of Jesus, examining scripture and discussing how he gave in to temptation. Using activity cards, they ranked his possible motives, sparking a brilliant class discussion on why Judas made his fateful choice.
Year 4 have been recording radio shows explaining to Christians the importance of Lent.
Year 1 have been exploring the story of Good Friday and today they made booklets to let people know what happened on this important day.
Year 1 brought the Easter story to life! They explored powerful Easter symbols and created beautiful Easter gardens using natural materials — each one sharing the joyful message of Jesus rising from the dead. Inspiring, creative and full of meaning.
In RHE, Year 5 used drama to explore the Trinity and reflect on its meaning. They then worked in pairs, studying scripture to deepen their understanding of the Holy Spirit through Jesus’ words and promises to the disciples.
