In English, the children have been thinking carefully about how Beegu felt at different parts of the story. They loved sharing their ideas before designing their own alien sock puppets, which will become the main characters in their very own lost alien stories. They have also be practising their letter formation!
In Maths, Year 1 have continued exploring place value and have really enjoyed learning all about the number 20!
During PE, the children carried on with their team building unit, working together brilliantly and having lots of fun playing games with the parachute.
In RE, the children explored the story of Anna and Simeon and reflected on how Jesus is the most special person in the Parish family.
