What a wonderful week we’ve had in Year 5! Our Christmas party day was brilliant, with lots of games, crafts and dancing enjoyed by everyone. The nativity performance was outstanding, featuring beautiful singing and confident reading that told the story of the first Christmas so clearly and thoughtfully.

We have also learnt all about global warming, its impact on our world, and how we can reduce our carbon footprints. In addition, we made Angels of Hope, linked to our work in RE this term and exploring how we can help others.
