Year 5 have really enjoyed their first two weeks in their new class. They have risen to the challenge of new routines, topics and lessons and have settled in brilliantly.

In RE, the children have enjoyed learning all about Moses and his covenant with God. In Science, they have been exploring gravity, while in English they have been developing their understanding of lots of new grammar.

Netball has been a huge hit in PE, and the children have also loved designing and making pop-up books in DT. It has been a fantastic start to the year, and we are looking forward to seeing what the rest of the term brings!
