Today, Year 1 took part in their Lenten challenge to Plant and Pray . They planted their seeds and reflected on how kindness, patience and faith can help them grow into the best versions of themselves.

After planting their seeds, the children decided what they will try to do during Lent, such as praying each day, helping at home and spreading kindness to others. They recorded their promise on a label and attached it to their plant so they can reflect on it as they watch their seed grow.

This evening they took their seeds home and are already looking forward to next week’s challenge.
