In RE, we looked at prayer books and wrote our own prayers inspired by Corinthians’ words: “Love is patient, love is kind.” The children thought deeply about what love means to them and produced some truly thoughtful prayers.
In English, the children have been busy creating their own versions of The Further Adventures of The Owl and the Pussycat. We’ve seen some wonderfully imaginative ideas, clever use of rhyme and alliteration, and some beautiful handwriting on display. Well done, everyone!
In Science, the children explored rocks and bricks, learning to tell the difference between natural materials and those that are manufactured. Their curiosity and observations were fantastic!
In PE, the children enjoyed some friendly competition in team games, showing excellent teamwork, energy, and sportsmanship.
It’s been a week full of creativity, learning, and fun. We can’t wait to see what the children will achieve next!
