This week in PE, we continued our stretch and balance unit. We have been learning how to maintain a steady balance and transition smoothly from one stretch to the next. Our focus has been on control, concentration and body awareness as we practise holding different positions and moving carefully between them.

In History, we began learning about Florence Nightingale. To introduce the topic, we took part in an exciting treasure hunt around the classroom. Each of us had a question and had to search for the information before recording the answer. This was a fun and engaging way to begin our learning, and we discovered many interesting facts about this remarkable and inspirational figure in history.

During our class worship this week, our theme was forgiveness. We listened to the story of The Prodigal Son and reflected on the importance of saying sorry and forgiving others. We discussed how forgiveness helps us move forward and supports us on our journey of faith.
